Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing and configuring Microsoft Active Directory with expert-level knowledge. 3-5 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), with expert-level knowledge of cloud-based IAM. Proven experience in delivering architectural documentation related to IAM, identity solutions, and security strategies. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals). CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certification, demonstrating strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and compliance. Experience in Large Enterprises: Extensive experience working in large enterprises, with a proven ability to handle complex identity management systems and integrations across diverse platforms. Time Zone & Remote Work: Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with other IAM technologies or cloud identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity). Advanced security and compliance certifications or experience in data protection laws and practices. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess issues and provide clear, actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
