Perform root cause analysis for problems experienced within area of functional responsibility Perform required configuration in Tulip application Engage with the business users to understand the issue occurred during day-to-day operations. Understand the workflows of business process and suggest improvements as required Manage incident queue. Work on service request and change request Competencies: Enterprise Platform & Solutions: Device Management, EIS : MES Solution Consulting Essential Skills: - Prior experience in Tulip Platform Support (minimum 2 years of experience in support) - Experience in pharma/life sciences domain with experience in Tulip. Experience in providing application support for multiple sites across the globe. - Strong understanding of Tulip product features. - Experience working on GxP systems. - Knowledge of CSV, Quality & Compliance (Q&C) is desirable - Ability to lead the a team and work with customer for service operations and releases Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of Data Analytics, Tulip player and .UI Designing.- Experience in working with Service now. Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service requests.- Knowledge of SQL and Python is an added advantage.- Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and eagerness to drive innovation within the organization.
