Oracle Cloud Financials Principal Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12-month C2H Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Principal Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules, leading implementation efforts, and supporting clients both remotely and onsite as required. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional tracks for Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring effective delivery and quality. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Financials, covering modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax, Collections, Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Expenses. Redesign Chart of Accounts (COA) structures, analyze financial reporting requirements, and provide expertise on month-end and year-end close processes. Apply strong accounting principles to provide accurate financial solutions across ERP modules. Conduct business requirement workshops, facilitate gap analysis, and develop solutions for any identified gaps. Document gaps, issues, and process flows to align with client requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Map and configure Oracle Cloud ERP Financials to align with customers' business processes and requirements. Manage data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed functional designs for technical development objects. Develop, execute, and lead testing for unit, integration, and acceptance phases. Lead knowledge transfer sessions to ensure a smooth handover to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials as a Module Lead. Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Tax, Collections, FA, CM, and Expenses. Strong understanding of general accounting principles and business process analysis. Experience in business process consulting, system integration testing, global design workshops, and production deployment. Additional experience in Budgetary Controls, Encumbrance Accounting, SCM, or Project Portfolio Management is a plus. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
