The role involves tasks such as solution architecture, consulting, software development, integration, and business process management. It is a hybrid role, allowing some work from home. Qualifications Solution Architecture, Consulting, and Integration skills Software Development and Business Process expertise Experience in leading and executing projects Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field They should be a subject matter expert in Workday and related technologies. This position will collaborate with cross - functional partners and all levels of management to provide expertise while supporting the business and systems strategy. Will provide execution, project management, maintenance, testing, and training of enhancements of Workday and related HR Technology solutions.
