Onsite travel needed occasionally for project critical times Working hours Full time 40 hours per week, CET working hours Length of Assignment: minimum of 12 months, all 2025 is Build phase PROJECT BACKGROUND & ROLE Project: Customer Experience Order To Pay. Project aims to improve customer paying experience and enable new payment flows, including new payment methods, e-wallets, additional payment methods, local payment methods. Client has implemented a pilot and Local e payments in South Korea this year which is highly used and appreciated and now launching in Netherlands (2.0) in January next year (for subscriptions). The next countries in scope are France, Spain, Portugal and potentially North America, where they will go next with the 2.0. Client has initiated taskforce to investigate whether they are ready for North America (90% of payments). Client is looking for Project Manager to drive this and set up a project. Role description: Project Manager to steer implementation project and set up project and initiatives. Its crucial that Project manager understands how e-commerce payments and payments from other channels integrate with the backend (payment page in webshop and what you want is to have this information flowing into backend, Cash reconciliation, integrated solutions).
