Excellent client facing ability Quick learner and able to take ownership of thetask with minimal guidance Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon aspossible . Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessionsand meetings to discuss improvements. Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting asrequired. Manage team metrics and work with the Jira administrationteam to define any customizations needed in support of thosemetrics. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can askquestions and voice their concerns. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, andsuccesses.
