Maintain and optimize CMDB configurations to ensure accurate asset management and configuration control. Develop access management protocols and solutions within ServiceNow to ensure secure and compliant user access. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and provide ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance ServiceNow applications and related integrations. Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and customizations to support change management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules. Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with ServiceNows scripting environment. Hands-on experience with CMDB in ServiceNow for managing IT assets and configuration items. Experience in Access Management to define and control access policies within ServiceNow. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams. ServiceNow certification (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) is a plus.
