| Hi Please share resumes to [email protected] Job Title: Dev/ OPS Cloud Platform Software Engineer Location: New York (Onsite) Experience Level: 10 + Years IT Primary Skills: Infrastructure as code tooling, such as CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, or Kubernetes Experience with security, isolation, and multi-tenant design of distributed cloud services Familiarity with software artifact and container image lifecycle management and Governance Experience architecting, designing, or administering in one of public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP. Secondary: Understanding of RESTful API design best practices and experience in developing them Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing software in one or more of java, JavaScript, python, or Golang Familiarity with cloud network architectures and the integration with hybrid cloud networking Experience with Serverless platforms such as AWS Lamba and Google cloud Functions. JOB DUTIES: Software engineering role responsible for driving the development of new and maintenance of existing enterprise applications and consumer products used globally by using the various backend (such as Java and Spring) and database (such as Mongo) technologies. Own all phases of the software development cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, building, testing, maintenance, and deployment of commercial scale software changes. Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions for the consumer product. Independently engage with support teams to troubleshoot and solve production issue affecting applications. Build trusted partnerships with product managers. SPECIAL SKILLS TO PERFORM THE JOB: Building scalable REST APIs in Java to support high-volume requests. Using multi-tiered web applications, including application architectures and application integration. Implementing design patterns utilizing SOA and micro-services. Programming technologies including Java, Spring or Kafka. Open-source frameworks and APIs including Log4J, Mockito, or Junit. Relational and NoSQL databases technologies including Sybase or MongoDB. Utilizing source control management systems specifically Gitlab. Implementing Test driven development and performing testing to build reliable and resilient applications.
