Project Manager II Need Only Locals Atlanta, GA Technical Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery management and execution in end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate must possess 5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, operations, program management, or project management, 2 years of experience within the health sector. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the Agile model and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: As a Technical PM, you will lead with strong project management skills and collaborate across the organization to lead programs and enable change. Manage complex programs by exercising healthcare and business understanding to drive the organizations long-term objectives. Foster internal and external relationships; negotiate with external partners; guide and support the efforts of cross-functional, internal, and external resource teams, making decisions about priorities to drive programs to success. This role also requires proactively initiating cross-functional projects and processes. Bring healthcare and program management expertise to shape the content, design, and execution of products and services. Be responsible for executing and monitoring projects, programs, and services that increase engagement and participation, preparing and delivering key presentations to the leadership team. Act as a thought partner to leadership in the development and prioritization of long-term strategies to achieve successful employee health outcomes. Requirements: Experience working on corporate (employee) health and/or global health. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and experience creating dashboards and modeling data. Enjoyment in continually improving processes and a love of working with large teams of stakeholders. Computer skills including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and project management software. Excellent knowledge in project management, problem-solving, performance monitoring, and team leadership. Good knowledge in Cloud, APIs, chatbots, UI/UX Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with people at all levels inside and outside the company. Ability to foster a continuous learning environment through personal commitment to knowledge growth. Ability to work with a variety of people and groups to achieve effective and efficient results. Ability to thrive in a non-structured environment, deliver results through cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple projects. Hands-on experience in Agile model, with an in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies. Should have experience working with multiple scrum teams.
