You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive project plan, establishing an inventory of Informatica repository and connection details, and addressing any issues that arise during the encryption implementation process. Key Responsibilities: Develop a detailed project plan for implementing data encryption (both in motion and at rest), setting clear timelines and milestones by collaborating with application teams. Access and analyze Informatica PowerCenter repositories, connection details, and other relevant configurations to create an accurate inventory for encryption implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and security to align project goals with organizational data protection standards and compliance requirements. Lead and coordinate the encryption implementation efforts, working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment. Identify, document, and remediate any performance issues or dependencies that arise as part of the encryption process. Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure the project adheres to deadlines, quality standards, and budget. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on data management and security projects. Strong background in Informatica PowerCenter and familiarity with its repository structure, connection details, and configuration best practices. Proven experience in data encryption projects, specifically encryption of data in motion and at rest. Experience in Microsoft Project and Excel to create Pivot Tables, charts and graphs. Excellent understanding of data integration and ETL processes, with the ability to assess potential impacts of encryption on these workflows.
