Top 3 Required Skills: 1. CarbonBlack (or competitor CrowdStrike, MS Defender, SentinelOn) 2. Experience with Qualys or Rapid7 3. Email Gateways (proofpoint) Desired/Bonus Skills (differentiators that will lead to a hire) : CPG/Retail/Marketing Industry EXPERIENCE Experience Requirements: At least five years of experience in information security or IT networking, with a focus on endpoint security. One or more of the following: Experience managing EDR and antivirus solutions such as CrowdStrike, Symantec, McAfee, or equivalent. Experience with Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS). Experience managing firewalls; familiarity with Fortinet or similar equipment is preferred. Experience with network and endpoint traffic analysis tools like Wireshark, ArcSight, etc. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong understanding of endpoint security principles and Microsoft infrastructure. Proficiency in troubleshooting TCP/IP networks and endpoint-related issues. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and mitigating endpoint threats. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Ability to communicate technical ideas in a clear, business-friendly manner suitable for both executive and managerial audiences. Strong attention to detail with a focus on endpoint protection. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
