From: Raghuteja, W3Global [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job : RF Design and optimization engineer Location: PLANO, Texas Client: LTTS Key Responsibilities: Responsible for optimization and network performance of indoor deployments Familiarity with Active DAS solutions such as Commscope, Corning etc. and other OEM small cells is preferred. Experience with indoor venues of different sizes and types (business office, hospitals, warehouse, factory, stadiums etc) Exceptional RF optimization skills, experience with Ericsson products required. Good understanding of Active DAS commissioning and optimization requirements is desired. Proficient with processing, and analyzing RF walk test data from inbuilding venues for design and optimization. Should have good understanding of LTE, NR design and performance metrics, throughput, SINR requirements and network parameters. Must be able to review walk test data and network KPIs and perform deep dive analysis of the issues identified from walk test and network KPIs to provide recommendations and parameter changes to optimize the venue performance. Familiarity with walk test data collection tools such as TEMS Consultative with an ability to communicate clearly and manage the customer requirements. Primary customer PoC for assigned market/region. Significant customer interaction to build scopes; and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and results. Leads remote engineering teams. Key Qualifications: 6-8 years of experience in RF, minimum of 3 years of experience with inbuilding deployments and optimization Fluent with iBwave, can show relevant experience or level 2 certification. Demonstrated ability with BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience. MSEE/MSCS preferred.
