| Hi Everyone, Please look into the requirement and share me relevant profiles Job title: Program Manager II (LII2) Only locals Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Contract Duration: 2 years, based on performance and business needs Position Type: ContractJob Summary The Program Manager II will support the Integrated Brand Team (IBT) by facilitating new product launches and managing ongoing support for market brands. The role requires close collaboration with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Key Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee and track integrated launch plans, manage event planning, set agendas, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives in coordination with the Integrated Brand and Operating Teams. Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-quality relationships with project leads across commercial operations, and gain in-depth knowledge of the business challenges within disease science. Project Planning: Collaborate with business partners to define project goals, objectives, and resource needs, securing alignment across teams. Project Control: Monitor scope changes, risks, and performance to ensure alignment with project goals and budget, working closely with IBT leadership for issue resolution. Execution and Closing: Guide project teams through plan development and execution, gather lessons learned, and ensure stakeholder approval upon completion. Communication: Provide regular, detailed project updates to team members and senior stakeholders, making recommendations based on current program status.
