This role ensures that Yardis platform capabilities align with organizational goals, supporting smooth deployment and optimizing usage for efficiency and value. MUST-HAVE: Yardi Voyager RentCafe Project Management Tools Testing Tools Data Migration Tools Integration Tools Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management Lead Yardi implementations from initiation through go-live and post-deployment support. Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders and Yardi consultants. Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, risk assessments, and contingency plans. Manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with approved resources. Implementation and Configuration Oversee the configuration and customization of Yardi to meet business needs. Ensure data migration from legacy systems is efficiently executed with minimal disruption. Manage integration between Yardi and other systems as needed. Oversee report, dashboard, and workflow configuration within Yardi to streamline operations. Testing and Quality Assurance Develop and manage testing plans, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Ensure thorough testing of Yardis functionality to meet business requirements and resolve issues before deployment. Work with users to validate system changes, data accuracy, and workflows. Training and Change Management Develop and implement training plans to ensure user proficiency with Yardi. Create user guides and training materials tailored to specific roles. Manage change initiatives to facilitate system adoption and minimize resistance. Provide ongoing support to resolve user issues and gather feedback. Optimization and Continuous Improvement Monitor Yardi usage to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Collect user feedback for enhancements, propose upgrades, or implement additional modules as needed. Stay updated on Yardi features, releases, and industry trends for system improvements.
