This role requires a deep understanding of Genesys technologies, including voice and digital channels, routing strategies, and integrations with CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing and optimizing Genesys applications to improve customer experiences.Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and configure Genesys components to meet customer and business requirements. Design call routing solutions and integrate with IVR, CRM, and other customer service applications. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with company goals. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Genesys applications and services. Customize and extend Genesys solutions, including voice, chat, and digital channels. Implement best practices for Genesys application development and documentation. Provide technical guidance to teams and support application deployment and maintenance.Required Skills: Genesys Suite Expertise: Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, or PureConnect platforms. Development Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Genesys APIs (REST, SOAP), and Genesys SDK. Routing and IVR Design: Proficiency in configuring call routing, IVR flows, and integration with backend systems. Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL for reporting and data integration. CRM Integrations: Experience integrating Genesys with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues. Documentation and Communication: Ability to create technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications: Genesys certification (e.g., Genesys Certified Professional or Genesys Cloud certification). Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
