Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management position. Strong experience with OMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Salesforce Order Management, SAP, IBM Sterling). Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of e-commerce and multi-channel retail is a plus. Role: IBM sterling Lead Work Location: Bay Area , CA (Onsite) 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS development, with a focus on implementation and customization. Experience with Java, XML, XSLT, and other related technologies. Strong background in order management, e-commerce, or supply chain applications. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling Order Management System, including configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware integration. Strong understanding of database concepts, with experience in SQL or PL/SQL. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and experience with version control tools (e.g., Git). Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
