Job Title: Product Owner Location: Philadelphia, PA (3 days office 2 days remote) Duration: 12 months + Job Description: Position Overview: As a Product Owner in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer engagement platforms. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and UX designers, to ensure seamless integration and user experience. Regularly analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance and iterate on Conversational AI capabilities. Enterprise Decision Engine: Develop and maintain a robust Decision Engine that supports enterprise-level decision-making processes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable features and functionalities. Drive continuous improvement through iterative releases and user feedback. Omnichannel Feedback Loop: Establish and optimize feedback mechanisms across various customer touchpoints. Collaborate with Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather valuable insights for product improvements. Implement strategies to ensure consistent and actionable feedback from customers across all channels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of Conversational AI, Enterprise Decision Engines, and Omnichannel strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile management platforms. Additional Requirements: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
