IAM Product Manager
Remote

As a Product Owner, you will be partnering up with market facing strategic product managers, other technical product managers, technical product owners, engineering and operations team to drive a platform strategy across OptumInsight.
You will own or actively contribute to the technology delivery roadmap for specific products, and ensure the product solutions have a high degree of predictability, quality and stability while positioned to support rapid client growth and time to market.
This position is for managing product / project and not the people.

Attend scrum meetings, create user-stories and set acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements across the technology assets.
Identify and drive technology reuse and platform reuse opportunities.
Direct the creation and maintenance of API documentation, guides, and tutorials.
Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope
Own specific deliverables to take the product from ideation through implementation and governance approvals
Lead JAR & JAD sessions with cross functional teams.
Develop, maintain and present detailed execution plans and features delivery roadmaps for meeting business objectives, across program increments

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
Must have Experience in the development of (IAM) suite of applications in an Agile environment as a Product owner
Knowledge about authorization frameworks using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) to ensure appropriate access levels.
Capability development in IDM domain (feature detailing, API SDKs) etc.
Nice to have experience in SCIM based SDKs
5+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
2+ years in one or more areas:
o Account definition, assess and multi-tenancy for API-based services
o Cost and price modelling
o API management/Governance
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Soap UI/postman, SQL
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification:
Expertise into the identity and access management (IAM) suite of applications.
Excellent written and verbal skills
SAFE / Scrum Certification
