Job Description We re looking for a proactive, organized individual to handle both HR administrative and executive assistant duties. This hybrid role requires a candidate skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing sensitive information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities HR Support: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes; manage employee records; process payroll and benefits; respond to HR queries. Executive Support: Manage executives calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and prepare critical business documents (NDAs, contracts). Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure smooth daily operations. Data Management: Maintain and update HR and executive databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Reports & Presentations: Produce HR reports, executive summaries, and company presentations. Team Support: Organize company-wide staff training, handle special projects, and support administrative staff as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Associate s degree in related field (Bachelor s preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced environment Keywords: |
