Soft skills important while working with Scrum Team Job Description: The candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support complex software/applications or build new programs to meet user and management needs. Success in this role requires strong organizational and learning abilities, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The individual will also assist with production releases, research, and resolving production issues, while contributing to design and development activities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to develop and deploy scalable solutions. Design and build sophisticated applications with a focus on SpringBoot-based microservices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide feature enhancements. Support OpenShift project creation and configuration. Work with APIs and resolve production system problems. Follow best practices for secure, well-documented app development. Ensure cloud security and stability through testing and validation. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve bugs and ensure stable releases. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. 5+ years with SQL, Oracle, and DB2 databases. Expertise in microservices architecture and object-oriented programming.
