This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of Kroger's Oracle Cloud Financials system to meet business needs, focusing on modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Finance, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with business leads, functional owners, and process leaders to drive continuous system improvement and process optimization.Key Responsibilities: Module Expertise: Manage Oracle Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR) and provide functional leadership, including updates, enhancements, and issue resolution. Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and validate ticket categorization, changes, and enhancements. Impact Assessments: Conduct impact assessments for Oracle Cloud upgrades and new functionality. Testing & Validation: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional validation with business stakeholders. Configuration & Design: Develop functional designs and manage configuration changes within Oracle Cloud, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Process Improvement: Identify and sponsor process improvement activities, enhancing system functionality and business processes. On-Call & Support: Participate in potential on-call rotation and provide onshore support during business hours, with offshore support covering night shifts. Collaboration: Work with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Oracle Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) resources to implement Oracle Cloud changes and updates. Reporting & Documentation: Create and document requirements for Oracle Cloud reports, assisting with testing integration and security cases as needed.Requirements: Must Have: Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud configuration, incident resolution, and release management. Strong business process knowledge and experience in Application Management Service Delivery. Ability to create functional designs and manage configuration changes in Oracle Cloud. Functional experience in Oracle Cloud Projects and Fixed Assets (nice to have). Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle Cloud Projects and Fixed Assets modules.Additional Information: Support Coverage: Onshore support during business hours, offshore support covers night shifts. On-Call Rotation: Potential daytime on-call rotation later in the contract. Location Preferences: Remote work is acceptable, but candidates located near hub locations (Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Boca Raton, Charlotte, Portland, San Jose, Deerfield) are preferred for potential future conversion.
