He usually sees solid BAs who arent so solid on the QA end, vice versa. Focused on GRC systems (Archer specifically). Would consider folks with other GRC tools but really prefer Archer. Doing a lot of work with RCSA, issues management, third party risk, metrics/KRIs QA exp: all manual testing BA who can lead discussions and requirement gatherings with business. Work under pressure, ability to speak with executive level folks (SVPs) Looking for a candidate strong as both a BA and QA. Experience with Archer or GRC (governance, risk, and controls) preferred Business Systems Analyst Facilitating evaluation of business requirements for business application integration, service activation, delivering new or modified software systems enhancements. Experience in the development of scope, goals, objectives and business and system requirements while ensuring complete traceability to project objectives. Drive end-to-end production support incident management which includes identification of impacted areas/applications, coordinating client engagement and communication and driving the completion of root cause analysis.
