Holds Appian Analyst certification. Strong experience working with JIRA and Confluence Excellent Oral communication and soft skills ability to engage with business and technical stakeholder to effectively communicate ideas, understand business expectation and front end to clarify any questions. Must possess excellent written - ability to clearly define project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Aware of Agile practices. Good experience with SQL be able to quickly write queries for perform data analysis. Nice to have: Experience with any other BPM solutions such as Pega. Knowledge of Wealth Management, Investment and Trading domain. Business and Data Analysis experience in combination.
