C2C Job Title: Business Analyst with Judiciary or fair hearings experience Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid, need locals) Job Type: 24 months contract Interview Type: Video Job Description: Mandatory Qualifications: 1.Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst 2.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client focused requirements analysis experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation, and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation, and creating/validating test scripts. 3.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other Business Analysts. Other Qualifications which are required: 1.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working in or with the subject matter of legal, or adjudicative, courthearings, fair hearings, appeals or court procedure and processes 2.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience analyzing and validating mainframe system requirements from existing legacy systems, like COBOL. 3.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements. 4.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience implementing web based, client facing applications and aligning requirements with federal standards, conditions, and regulations. 5.Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working with test plans, test cases, automated tests, and tracking defects.
