Knowledge on Aerospace Environmental Testing such as thermal testing, vibration test and others per RTCA DO-160/MIL-STD-810 Experience working 14 CFR Part 25 and EASA CS-25 aspects General ability to lead a team to conduct a test, compilation of test sequence, monitor progress of the test and test parameters, and record test activities while being able to accommodate / troubleshoot / maintain any unforeseen events that occur during the test. Participate in test readiness reviews, safety reviews and data/control systems checkout to minimize risk Experience with regulatory agencies' procedures and process Knowledge of integration, verification and certification processes Knowledge of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) Experience working cross functionally Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Support development assurance requirements validation and verification activities along with critical system safety assessments. Leads cross-functional projects in support of the entire lifecycle of the airplane in support of the Engineering Team Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers.
