On-Site Support SpecialistOnsite - Waterford, MIResponsibilities: Respond to and resolve technological issues for court staff, including judges and judicial staff, on-site and face-to-face. Learn and support the MiFILE application, and other court-specific line of business technologies, including audio-visual/recording equipment. Interface with the County IT team on incidents and problems that require higher-level technical support. Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving simple issues, and escalating more complex ones. Ensure systems are running smoothly and assist users with their day-to-day use of systems. Maintain professionalism and presentability while working with the public and judges daily. Must pass a background check.Skills: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and MiFile. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
