Role: VMware Administrator (L1/L2 Support) Location: O Fallon, Missouri Onsite C2C Job Description: Providing technical support/troubleshooting of Incidents/Service Requests in 24x7 rotational shifts. Day to day administration of L1/L2 VMware tasks, Issues handling and trouble shooting. Managing & troubleshooting VMs, ESXi Hosts and vCenter Servers in vSphere 6.x & 7.x environment Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports; maintaining inventory for ESXi Hosts, vApps and vCenters Hands-on experience on Patching and Upgrading ESXi Hosts Monitoring and managing Backup issues of vCenter servers Basic knowledge on UCS and Dell blade Servers and chassis Coordinating with cisco and Dell technical support for DIMM, PSU & motherboard replacements Basic knowledge of VMware CLI Basic knowledge on ITIL process and ticketing tools like Remedy.
