This role focuses on aligning project goals with business objectives and leading the project team toward successful delivery. Responsibilities: Define project vision and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing communications and expectations. Oversee project planning and resource allocation in collaboration with the technical and testing leads. Manage project risks, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Facilitate effective team collaboration towards project milestones. Required Skills: Experience in project management and product leadership, ideally in banking or financial services. Strong background in managing business process management tools, jBPM preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
