Mandatory Qualifications: Experience as a Business Analyst (Level II): Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst. Client-Focused Requirements Analysis: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client-focused requirements analysis experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation and validation of requirements, producing requirements documentation, and creating/validating test scripts. Enterprise-Level Software Development Projects: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working on enterprise-level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other Business Analysts. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in Legal/Adjudicative Processes: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience working in or with the subject matter of legal, or adjudicative, court hearings, fair hearings, appeals, or court procedures and processes. Mainframe System Requirements Analysis: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience analyzing and validating mainframe system requirements from existing legacy systems, such as COBOL. Business Process Reengineering and Optimization: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements. Web-Based Client-Facing Applications: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience implementing web-based, client-facing applications and aligning requirements with federal standards, conditions, and regulations.
