This role is ideal for a technical leader who can simplify complex challenges and align our technology with our mission to enhance user experience and positively impact participants' lives. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive full-stack knowledge, including expertise in ReactJS, SQL, C#, .NET Core, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with MongoDB and Kafka is a plus. This role calls for an innovative, solution-driven developer ready to collaborate closely with the client and development team, actively supporting and guiding progress through strategic technology decisions and impactful, user-centered solutions. Key Responsibilities: Play a pivotal role in leading technology modernization efforts, ensuring best practices in scalability, efficiency, and security.
