As an SRE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems. You will work closely with development teams to build and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities : Write product or system development code, focusing on creating scalable solutions. Review code developed by other engineers and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices (style guidelines, testability, accuracy, and efficiency). Contribute to documentation and educational content, ensuring it is updated according to product/program updates and user feedback. Triage product or system issues, analyzing and resolving them by debugging and tracking the sources of issues, with a focus on impact to hardware, network, or service operations. Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select the best technologies and strategies for the team. R equired Skills : Proficiency in Java and Python. Experience with Splunk, ServiceNow, and Azure. Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to analyze, debug, and resolve system or product issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in a production environment.
