| Role: AWS Data Engineer Rate: Lower the better Location: Parsippany, NJ (Local Profiles needed) (Sr. Data Engr preferably local to Parsippany, New Jersey) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Engr with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data warehousing, AWS Data, Python, Performance Optimization, Data Modelling, Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, and SQL. The Data Engr will play a crucial role in designing, developing and optimizing data pipelines for client projects to support our business objective Responsibilities - Experience in AWS and enterprise data warehousing project/ETL (building ETL pipeline), Enterprise Data Engineering and Analytics projects. - Clear understanding Data warehousing and Data Lake concepts. - Understand business requirements and existing system designs, enterprise applications, IT security guidelines, Legal Protocols. - Redshift implementation with hands-on experience in AWS. - Develop ingestion pipelines from source into a Redshift structures using Python scripting extensively - Actively participate in optimization and performance tuning of data ingestion and SQL processes - Knowledge on basic AWS services like S3, EC2, EBS, IAM, Cloud Watch, etc - Analysis, development, and implementation Certifications Required AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent. -- Keywords: sthree information technology New Jersey AWS Data Engineer [email protected] |
