This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and configuration of a new platform aimed at revolutionizing commercial lending operations. The successful candidate will have strong experience in both nCino and Salesforce platforms, ideally with prior commercial lending industry experience. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and implementation partners to design, configure, and implement technical solutions that drive business success. Primary Responsibilities Participate in Product planning and design sessions and be able to document user stories. Review and analyze complex business scenarios, operational processes, conduct technical research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to drive the product configurations Exercise independent judgment to guide/implement nCino and salesforce platform configuration Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities Must Haves: 7-10+ years of software engineering experience. 3-5+ years of Salesforce Admin and configuration experience. 1-2+ years of experience in nCino configuration and customization. 1-2+ years of experience writing/reviewing user stories and documenting configuration specifications. Certifications: Must have Salesforce and nCino certifications. Methodologies: Experience working with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the commercial lending business and its operational processes. Communication: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Enterprise CRM Experience : Experience working on large-scale CRM projects for enterprise-level organizations. Technical Skills : 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Force.com platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Unit Testing). Experience with DevOps tools and processes, including deployments, automation, Autorabit, or Salesforce DX. Proficiency in core web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery). Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
