Job Description :
A client of ours is looking for a highly skilled Workday HR Integration Developer to join the team. This role will involve mentoring and upskilling another team member, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth and expertise within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining both inbound and outbound integrations within the Workday HCM module using Workday Studio. Proficiency in connector integrations, advanced XSLT, and securing integrations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Mentoring and Upskilling: Lead the effort to mentor and train a team member, sharing expertise and best practices to help them grow and excel in their role.
Guiding Integration Development: Oversee and support the team member in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining both inbound and outbound HR integrations using Workday Studio.
Teaching Connector Integrations: Instruct and assist the team member in developing and managing connector integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Advanced XSLT Training: Provide advanced XSLT training, helping the team member learn how to transform and manipulate XML data within integrations.
Securing Integrations: Educate the team member on implementing security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Troubleshooting and Support: Guide the team member in identifying and resolving issues related to integrations, ensuring they can provide ongoing support for smooth operation.

Qualifications:
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in building and editing integrations using Workday Studio.
Strong expertise in developing and implementing connector integrations.
Expertise in writing advanced XSLT, including ETV and XTT elements.
Experience in securing integrations, including PGP encryption, to ensure data protection.
Proven ability to mentor and train others, fostering growth and expertise.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Workday integration or related areas.
Experience with other integration tools and technologies.
Understanding of HR processes and systems.

The team is looking to bring on an individual who is experienced with Workday Integrations to help upskill and train a current employee on the Workday/Technology team. The ideal person can go beyond Workday training courses and help teach how to build Workday integrations. We have some upcoming integration projects and it would be great if we could find someone to help walk our employee through the building and completion of one of these projects. This person will shadow our employee by sitting on several calls and guiding our employee each step of the way.

Job Description::

This project is very cool, working with high quality design group with our customers digital department.  Supportive team and this program is very lean. Operating with a start-up mentality.  They would get to work on something brand new.
Responsibilities: Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design communication skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%) Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%) Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

Desired Skills: Experience in working with multiple data streams Knowledge of component mgmt. and condition monitoring. Enterprise related and not ecommerce experience.   Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer facing tool.
Soft Skills Required: Heavy attention to detail Excellent communication skills Production ready designs exp, doing both conceptual and production ready designs. Ability to support the research team
Education & Experience Required:
Degree or equivalent ( 3+  years experience in User experience ) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification . 

Masters degree with 3+ years experience.

Job Title: QA Consultant
Location :: Georgia(Hybrid)
Duration ::6 Months

Job Description:
  Under broad supervision, the QA Tester/Analyst will drive the overall QA planning/tracking and reporting for project(s), as well as execution of test lifecycle deliverables per standard methodology and procedures to ensure successful Test Strategy/plan implementation for the Georgia Dept. of Transportation (GDOT). While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.

Duties/Responsibilities: Experience in testing Custom applications. Experience in testing GIS components. Actively interact with various teams. Create and document test plans, Test Scenarios, test cases , execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the lens of business end users Operate in Agile approach to support testing needs. Ensure Testcases are properly formulated, follow QA standards to ensure metrics are working. Work closely and collaboratively with business partners, PMO and Vendor technical delivery teams to understand business requirements Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks Assist Business subject matter experts and business analysts in the development of UAT test scenarios leveraging test cases Participate in defect triage meetings and demos Report weekly status to Quality Assurance Testing Lead 

General Experience: At least Three (3) years of experience with testing in software development projects. Experience in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects (including using test automation, test strategy, developing and executing test scripts and test plans) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to review and analyze system specifications (e.g. System Requirements, Business Requirements, Design Documents, etc.) Able to perform manual testing and/or automated testing using the supported tools. Identify missing testcases, create new test cases and modify existing testcase for more completed accurate and efficient Test Coverage. Experience in documenting Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and confirming applications are ready for UAT Experience in documenting Test Cases,  Test Results Ability to prepare sample data for testing. Skills in System testing, parallel/comparative testing, QA testing, performance and load testing, regression testing, security testing, business continuity/disaster recovery testing, post-go-live testing/validation Experience with mobile device testing is a plus. Analytical mind and skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue isolation Able to work with cross-functional teams to validate product quality throughout the development life cycle Experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, JIRA

Specialized Experience: Experience in STLC concepts and best practices. Experience in running tests for application functions. Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies. Familiarity with defect management tools (TFS / JIRA) Preferred to have experience with public sector.  
Preferred training or software testing certifications such as: International Software Testing Qualifications Board Certified Test Engineer (CSTE) Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
