MOI: Skype Job Details Seeking a seasoned IT professional with a minimum of seven years of experience in IT support roles, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud security, and advanced IT service management. This role is responsible for overseeing the configuration, optimization, and security of critical IT systems, including Microsoft 365 services, NinjaOne, Splashtop, Prisma Suite, and other security tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in service desk environments, network and cloud security, and automation, with the capability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and streamline IT operations. Microsoft 365 Advanced Administration User Licensing Manage and optimize user license assignments, allocations, and compliance within Microsoft 365. Microsoft Teams Oversee Teams administration, including advanced channel setup, permissions, policy configurations, and integrations. Resolve complex issues related to meetings, chat, file sharing, and external access. Intune (Mobile Device Management) Configure and manage advanced device compliance policies, deploy applications, and oversee mobile device management. Troubleshoot device enrollment, corporate device management, and ensure compliance with security policies. Exchange Online Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox configuration, email flow, retention policies, and spam filtering. Address issues in email delivery, calendaring, and user permissions with an advanced troubleshooting approach. SharePoint Administer SharePoint for site and document library management, permissions, and workflows. Resolve advanced issues related to file access, site performance, and Microsoft 365 integrations. OneDrive for Business Provide advanced support for OneDrive for file synchronization, sharing permissions, and data recovery. Troubleshoot synchronization issues, storage limits, and access-related problems. Microsoft Bookings Manage Microsoft Bookings setup, calendar management, and permissions. Address issues related to booking page setup and calendar synchronization. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Applications Oversee Microsoft Defender administration to ensure organization-wide endpoint security. Resolve issues in threat detection, compliance, and application security. Remote Monitoring & Management NinjaOne Use NinjaOne RMM tools for device management, patching, and remote support, including automation and performance optimization. Customize NinjaOne for device patching, alert monitoring, and remote troubleshooting. Splashtop Configure and optimize Splashtop for remote desktop support and secure access. Ensure robust remote access policies for efficient support operations. IT Service Management (ITSM) and Ticketing Systems Ticketing Systems Manage ITSM workflows, using systems like SolarWinds Samanage, to track ticket lifecycles, escalations, and SLA compliance. Leverage insights from ticket data to enhance service delivery. Advanced IT Management Patch Management Oversee patch management processes, including assessment, deployment, and verification. Use tools to automate patching and ensure timely updates across systems. Cloud Security Implement secure configurations, IAM practices, and data protection measures. Utilize Prisma Suite components like Prisma Cloud and Prisma Access for cloud security management. Networking Manage and troubleshoot networking setups, including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, and network architecture. Security Tools and Compliance Use SIEM systems and other tools for threat detection, incident response, and security compliance. Develop and maintain security policies to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance. Scripting and Automation Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools to streamline IT workflows and integrate with other systems. Troubleshooting and Integration Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud security and network performance. Integrate Prisma solutions with other security tools and platforms, leveraging APIs for automation. Qualifications (Must Have): Minimum of seven years of FTE experience in IT support roles, with a focus on Microsoft 365, cloud security, and endpoint management. Advanced experience in ITSM, ticketing systems, and patch management. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, cloud security principles, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash) and automation for IT process improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional IT operations.
