Hybrid (3 days in Office and 2 days in home) role Long Term Looking for a strong BA who is very familiar with Salesforce and can optimize the Sales Pipeline process and Lead Management process. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community. Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud enhancements and projects. Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery. Create process diagrams, wireframes, and other visual aids to communicate requirements effectively. Conduct needs analysis, business case definition, and requirements review. Utilize your Salesforce Admin certification to configure and customize Sales Cloud features. Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and optimize processes. Facilitate solution discussions and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Qualifications: Salesforce Admin certification is required. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community.
