Job Title: Product Owner/Product Manager Experience: 10 to 12 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Operations and expertise in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will excel in a hybrid work model, contributing to the optimization of business processes and driving impactful results. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Must Have Skills: 1. Agile Product Owner/Product Manager 2. Experience on Agile Delivery projects 3. Pharmacy knowledge is nice to have, not a must. Job Description: Performs as a Product Owner, liaisons between business and technical teams across multiple locations Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document product features and user stories Communicates story detail and priorities and ensures that the team aligns and agrees on a final iteration plan Write both functional and technical user stories for the Digital Pharmacy and / or Clinical Journey Project. Owns Acceptance criteria of requirements and stories in a product backlog Supports in prioritization of product backlog items depending on their business need Collaborate with UI/UX Architects, Technical Leads/Project Managers and Business teams for project requirements Conduct Demos and presentations to various stakeholders Manage Impact analysis and communication, alignment of solution with business needs Own the Quality Assurance of product across releases Participate in the Iteration Retrospective, where the teams gather to improve their processes.
