This role involves a blend of software design, project management, and development oversight, ensuring that our solutions meet the complex needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with clients and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management and software design. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including reimbursement processes, HIPAA compliance, X12 claims, EMR interoperability, EPCS, ePrescribing, ICD-10, DSM-5, Meaningful Use, PQRS, FQHS, and state reporting. Analyze and optimize management and operational workflows, ensuring efficient integration with existing systems. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate software performance and outcomes. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines. Lead efforts in enhancing patient portals and reporting functionalities to improve user experience and data accessibility. They are looking for more sysadmin or server support infrastructure related expertise on how configuration is done and how to use a different server for an existing client. The customer has migrated away from Cerner/Anasazi but maintains an instance for historical records. They need an infrastructure engineer skilled in Cerner Anasazi backend systems to maintain access to archived patient records on a legacy server. Though they have migrated away from Cerner Anasazi, they require ongoing access for patient care continuity. Expertise in the back-end infrastructure of Cerner/Anasazi to aid in this access.
