Duration: Long term contract JD:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly across our technology ecosystem. As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will provide technical expertise, guide best practices, and ensure high-quality architecture and implementation standards. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Design and architect Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. Integration Architecture: Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and efficient data flow. Technical Leadership: Act as a technical lead for the Salesforce team, mentoring developers, and guiding the technical implementation of projects. Best Practices & Standards: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, code quality practices, and best practices for customization and configuration. System Performance Optimization: Identify and address potential performance issues, scalability challenges, and security risks in the Salesforce platform. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 15+ years of experience with Salesforce, including architecture and design experience. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect). In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. Strong understanding of integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica) and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Experience in DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce (e.g., Git, CI/CD tools). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of multi-cloud architecture and integration. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
