| From: Sahanbaz khan, tek inspirations llc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title- Solution Architect Location- United States(Remote role) Duration- 12 months Job Description: Job Title: Principal Domain Architect (Claims, Enrollment, Customer Service) Location: 100% Remote (East Coast and Central time zones preferred) Overview: This role focuses on architectural leadership across Claims, Enrollment, and Customer Service domains, leveraging deep expertise to align business needs with architectural solutions in healthcare. The Principal Domain Architect will drive optimization across systems, facilitating integration and scalability within a legacy technology stack while navigating complex business and regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Domain Architecture Development (30%) o Lead creation of architecture models (current, target, and interim states) for Claims, Enrollment, and Customer Service domains. o Identify pain points and growth opportunities through advanced modeling to align with IT strategies. o Ensure alignment with business needs via upstream traceability and downstream solution integration. o Develop reusable domain patterns and enhance domain architecture strategies and standards. 2. Solution Design & Implementation (20%) o Design and implement assets for solution quality improvement in collaboration with stakeholders. o Publish and maintain architecture documentation in repositories; address regulatory and compliance issues. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Solution Selection (15%) o Partner with business and technical teams to design high-quality, sustainable solutions. o Guide solution and product selection that aligns with domain strategies, standards, and goals. 4. Research & Vendor Management (20%) o Stay informed on emerging domain trends and assess their relevance to organizational objectives. o Lead vendor evaluations for domain-specific tools and participate in RFI/RFP processes. 5. Methodology & Tools Development (10%) o Lead the enhancement of domain architecture processes and tools, ensuring integration with SDLC disciplines. o Develop communications and training materials for stakeholders to promote architecture best practices. 6. Strategic Planning Support (5%) o Conduct architecture impact assessments for new projects, contributing to technology roadmaps and resource planning. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required. Experience: 10+ years in architecture with a focus on Claims, Enrollment, and Customer Service domains in healthcare. Technical Skills: o Claims & Enrollment Domain: Experience with medical and pharmacy claims, claims intake, payment, and adjudication. o Customer Service Domain: Strong experience with Java API, Java Web Services, Mainframe DB2, and UDB. o Experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, Java, and knowledge of medical claims processing (837). o Proficiency in Java for customer-facing systems (UI, web services) preferred. o Knowledge of APIM, SAFE, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Advanced degree in a related field. Certification as a System Architect (preferred). Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead cross-domain solutions and influence key stakeholders. Experience authoring patterns, documentation, enterprise data strategies, and designing scalable, secure solutions. Additional Requirements: Must disclose any debarment or exclusion affecting eligibility to work on Federal healthcare programs.
