| From: Rajiv Sharma, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Fourth Shift ERP System Consultant Work mode- Hybrid (preferably but can consider remote too) Location- Minneapolis, MN (if can do hybrid) Duration- 6+month Need 4-5 page resume About the job Job Summary: As a Fourth Shift ERP Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in manufacturing and finance to implement and optimize the Fourth Shift ERP system for our clients. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing solutions, and ensuring the effective use of the ERP system to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing and financial processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement and customize the Fourth Shift ERP system to meet client specifications. Provide training and support to clients on ERP functionalities, focusing on shipping and receiving processes in a manufacturing environment. Develop and execute complex SQL queries using MS Access and MS SQL Server to extract and analyze data. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and ERP solutions to provide informed recommendations to clients. Work in conjunction with IT teams to understand and implement basic virtual server configurations and PHP applications as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in manufacturing and finance with a focus on Fourth Shift ERP. Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries in MS Access and MS SQL Server. Basic understanding of virtual servers and PHP programming. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
