You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI leads, ML engineers, and product owners, to develop cutting-edge solutions that impact millions of lives worldwide. The Senior NLP Scientist will directly report to the Head of AI. Responsibilities: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models for applications in clinical and medical contexts. Develop optimized prompts and tasks for LLMs to achieve desired outputs for healthcare applications. Conduct state-of-the-art research in NLP, exploring advancements in language modeling, transfer learning, and domain-specific adaptation. Design and implement efficient NLP pipelines for scalable deployment of LLM-based solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to align NLP solutions with business objectives. Oversee data preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation to ensure high-quality datasets for training NLP models.
