Position Overview

Join our innovative team at International, where we are pioneering the future of service lead management. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our new product team dedicated to service leads management. As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in processing and integrating data from various sources, developing data products, and supporting the lead identification and recommendation engine. This is a hybrid position based three days per week at our headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Data collection and integration from multiple sources such as faults, warning lamps, campaigns, and maintenance.

Develop and maintain data pipelines to structure and enrich datasets for lead identification and recommendation.

Work closely with data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Support the development and implementation of algorithms for lead detection, scoring, and optimization.

Automate data processing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Implement tracking and feedback mechanisms to refine algorithms and improve lead conversion rates.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills

Experience with data integration and preparation techniques, including ETL processes, feature engineering, and data lineage.

Experience with analytics platforms or cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.

Experience deploying modern data solutions leveraging components like Azure functions, Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Synapse

Strong proficiency in programming languages including SQL, PySpark, and Python

Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps

Basic understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of agile ways of working is a plus.

Knowledge of Palantir Foundry is a plus.
