| Job Title: SAP PP/QM MFG Consultant Location: Arizona City, AZ (Remote) Job Type: Contract Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP/QM MFG Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert consulting and support in the areas of SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Manufacturing (MFG) modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing and production environments. Key Responsibilities: SAP Implementation & Configuration: o Configure and implement SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and MFG (Manufacturing) modules to meet business requirements. o Perform detailed business analysis and translate functional requirements into technical specifications. o Support and facilitate the integration of SAP PP/QM with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM. Business Process Design & Optimization: o Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design optimized processes within SAP. o Provide expertise on best practices for production planning, manufacturing execution, and quality management. o Optimize production schedules, inventory management, and quality control processes. User Training & Support: o Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation for SAP PPQM functionality. o Provide post-implementation support to resolve any SAP-related issues or incidents. o Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system upgrades. System Integration & Customization: o Work with developers to design and implement custom SAP enhancements to meet specific business requirements. o Integrate SAP with external systems and third-party applications to streamline operations. Quality Management & Compliance: o Ensure SAP quality management processes align with industry regulations and compliance standards. o Configure SAP QM functionality to manage quality inspections, quality certificates, and non-conformance handling. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: o Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and timelines. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations across departments. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Background: o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Professional Experience: o Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PPQM (Production Planning, Quality Management, and Manufacturing) consulting or implementation. o In-depth knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and MFG modules and their integration points with other SAP modules. o Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SAP configuration for PP, QM, and MFG modules. o Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules. o Experience with SAP interfaces, data migration, and report development (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Fiori, ABAP). Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
