Candidate should be proficient in calls flow design, inContact Studio scripting and REST API integration 2. Experience or familiarity with Amazon Lex, Dialog flow ES or any third-party bot is preferred 3. Providing solution design and development for new client implementations, and coordination of changes to existing applications. 4. Determining third party or client system (client CRM, databases, service platforms) integration requirements and working closely with customers to configure integrations to the platform. 5. Creating ACD and IVR routing rules, menus, users, agent skills, supervisors, hours of operations, teams, queue and other messaging, call recording services, email, chat, and other components of a customer call center platform build. 6. Digital first and Embedded agent experience in build and customization. 7. Provide web-based agent and administration training. 8. Trouble-shooting problems during the configuration or go-live stages of client implementations. 9. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of software components. 10.
