| Role: Manufacturing Execution System ( MES ) Test Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH Test Management: Create and maintain standard test cases, test plans, and test data; perform various testing activities including regression, system, load, and performance testing. Engage in SIT, UAT, and regression test activities for new implementations, software versions, and feature releases. Test Automation: Identify test cases for automation, create test definition documents, and coordinate with technical teams and Test COE. Act as a liaison for the MES team with the Test COE and automation team. Agile Methodology and Project Planning: Understand Agile lifecycle, participate in Agile project planning, and make informed technology choices. Define work scope, provide estimates, and justify them with facts. Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Possess domain knowledge, use tools like ALM, UFT, and Rally/Octane, and focus on improving quality through testing.
