3 days work on site at client location Workday HCM Functional Consultant Charlotte, NC 18 months Must be workday certification Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in Workday consulting with comprehensive knowledge of its modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Financials. Expertise in Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Workday Studio, and Workday Integration Cloud. Strong understanding of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics. Proven track record in a transformational business environment with the ability to drive process improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to engage effectively with diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
