The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud planning solutions, demonstrated implementation experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid work environment. This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud planning solutions for complex business requirements. Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Planning modules, including Supply Planning, Constraint Planning, and Replenishment Planning. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Architect end-to-end planning solutions within Oracle Cloud, ensuring best practices are followed for robust and scalable design. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, IT, and other business units, to align project goals and solutions with organizational objectives. Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Cloud Planning modules, advising on industry best practices and emerging trends. Oversee project delivery, guiding the implementation teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project lifecycles, offering post-implementation support to optimize system performance. Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support user adoption and solution maintenance. Qualifications: Experience: 15+ years in Oracle ERP with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud, specializing in Planning modules. Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Planning, Constraint Planning, and Replenishment Planning modules. Implementation: Proven experience leading multiple Oracle Cloud planning implementations. Technical Skills: Proficient in Oracle Cloud configurations, data integration, and customizations as required. Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles with a focus on planning solution delivery.
