Need Strong Kafka Streaming Candidate. Job Description: Must have skills: Confluent Event Streaming Platform (Confluent Kafka/Confluent Cloud platform). KSQL DB. Schema registry and Kafka connectors. 3+ years with Confluent Event Streaming Platform (Confluent Kafka/Confluent Cloud platform) Hands-on experience with KSQL DB, Schema registry and Kafka connectors. (6+ years of experience) Responsibilities: Ability to lead design and implement Kafka based streaming and messaging solutions across on-prem and Confluent Cloud platform and provide technical direction. Hands-on experience with Kafka Brokers and understanding of underlying functionality. Hands-on experience with Schema Registry and understanding of underlying functionality and understanding of underlying implementation. Create guidelines, procedures, and best practices for Kafka administration, development teams, and establish standards and conventions for the use of Kafka. Good understanding of Kafka client (Producer and Consumer) functionality. Guide and support upgrade/maintenance of Confluent Kafka platform from current version to latest release. Also support enhancements to confluent cloud clusters. Collaborate among development teams, product managers, operations teams, and architect groups to integrate Kafka into applications and data pipelines. Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and methodologies; able to learn and adapt to new developments in the Kafka ecosystem.
