Role: Sr. Loan Administration Specialist Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Description: Manage Mortgage Insurance Cancellation requests through the eMAQCS Plus application. This would include timely review and communcaiton with Servicers (Partcipating Financial Institutions), comprehensive documenation to account for summary of review findings, weekly reporting tasks to Investor, accurate and timely updates to Microsolft Access database accounting for review results and queue management to ensure proper prioritization of workload Compile and complete monthly or as needed Legacy Reporting tasks. This would include dissemenation to the end Investors and Servicers, coordination with internal stakeholders to account for data reported, completing analysis and summarizing data where appropriate and coordination with other team members to ensure timely completion Complete and perform research to resolve complex inquires and or escalations from end Investors and Servicers (Participating Financial Instituion) Manage adhoc projects as needed specific to Mortgage Partnership Finance Operations Cross-train and develop skills in other areas of Mortgage Partnership Finance Operations.
